Ugali sukuma
Easy to cook, and delicious to enjoy.
Steps

Fry your onion, add your tomatoes and once cooked add your cut spinach and sukuma wiki. Stir them well untill for 2 minutes. Add salt and cover for 5 minutes. Set aside once ready.

For the ugali. Boil 2 cups of water, keep adding your maize four untill it of thick paste.

Keep stirring the ugali untill you are satisfied.

Serve and enjoy.
