Cook the milk till half and thick

Add it to maida and add 2 big spoon sugar and make a running consistency batter

Make sugar syrup on one thread consistency add saffron in it

Heat ghee on medium low flame

Pour little batter in ghee in round shape and cook it from both the sides till golden brown in color

Take them out and dip them in sugar syrup.

Garnish it with chopped dry fruits and serve it hot for better taste
