Ingredients

  • 5 spoonarhar dal (toor dal)
  • 5moong dal
  • 5 spoonmasur dal
  • 3 spoonblack urad dal
  • 4chana dal
  • 5 spoonmoong chelka dal
  • 2 spoonwhite urad dal
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/4 spoonturmeric
  • 1/4 spoongaram masala
  • 8,9kali garlic
  • In inch ginger
  • 1onion(finally chopped)
  • 2tomato (finally chopped)
  • 2green chilli (finally chopped)
  • 4 spoonoil
  • 1/4 spooncumin seeds
  • Pinchhing

Steps

  1. 1

    Clear all the dal, wash and put in a pressure cooker, add 6 cup water and salt, turmeric and close the pressure cooker and 4 wissle.

  2. 2

    In a pan add oil, cumin seeds, hing, ginger, green chilli, garlic till it get golden brown.

  3. 3

    Add the tomato, salt and burn it.

  4. 4

    Add the masala in a pressure cooker and mix it.

  5. 5

    Now, ready to eat with chapatti and rice.
