Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1-2chicken breast fillets, washed and cut into strips or "fajitas"
  • 2 slicesham, cut into squares
  • 3 stripsbacon, cut into squares
  • 1-2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  • Shredded cheese, to taste
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan over low heat, add a little oil and fry the bacon and ham. Stir a bit to prevent sticking or burning.

  2. 2

    Next, add the cut chicken breast. Stir a little more until it's almost cooked, then add the soy sauce.

  3. 3

    Let it finish cooking, allowing the sauce to reduce a bit, then add the cheese at the end to melt slightly before turning off the heat.

  4. 4

    You can serve with a toasted tortilla, if desired.
