When I make stuffed chicken breasts, I often have leftover pieces or one that's too "broken" to use. Instead of wasting it, I like to prepare it this way and make the most of the chicken breast.

In a pan over low heat, add a little oil and fry the bacon and ham. Stir a bit to prevent sticking or burning.

Next, add the cut chicken breast. Stir a little more until it's almost cooked, then add the soy sauce.

Let it finish cooking, allowing the sauce to reduce a bit, then add the cheese at the end to melt slightly before turning off the heat.

You can serve with a toasted tortilla, if desired.
