Ingredients

  1. 250 gmpaneer (cottage cheese)
  2. 150 gmPowdered sugar
  3. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  4. 15-20raisins
  5. 15-20almonds
  6. 1/2 cupcoconut powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash Paneer with hands.

    Make soft dough by mashing it continuously for 5-10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add in sugar, cardamon powder.

  4. 4

    Take some Paneer sugar Chenna on pal & fill one raisin & pinch of coconut powder.

  5. 5

    Make round balls.

  6. 6

    Roll it in coconut powder.

  7. 7

    Garnish with one Almond.

    Keep it in fridge for 1-2 hour before serving.
