Ingredients

40 minutes

  • 1/2 kggizzards
  • 1/2packet chicken stock
  • 1onion
  • 1 tsprajah spice
  • 2 tbschicken soup
  • 2 tbsoil
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1small green pepper

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry onion till tender

  2. 2

    Add green pepper and rajah

  3. 3

    Then pour gizzards and chicken stock

  4. 4

    Take cup of water and stir the chicken soup pour in the pot

  5. 5

    Let it boil till cooked

  6. 6

    I'ts ready to serve with cabbage and papa
