Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Sticksmelted margarine
  • 2 Cupsrice
  • 2-3Chicken Breasts
  • Lipton's onion soup mix (both packages)
  • 1 PackageLipton's chicken noodle soup mix
  • 4-4 1/2 Cupswater
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix and prepare the melted butter, rice, water, and soup mixes

  2. 2

    Place in non stick deep pan

  3. 3

    Add chicken breasts, salt and peppered. Lay them on top of rice mixture

  4. 4

    Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours at 325 or 3 hours at 250

  5. 5

    When done, shred chicken and stir with rice
