Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcorn kernels
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 1 tspGinger paste
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tspSugar
  6. 1/4 cupCoconut grated
  7. 1Green chilli
  8. Red chilli powder as per taste
  9. 1/2 tspHaldi
  10. 2 tbspOil
  11. 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  12. Karipatta few
  13. pinchHing
  14. 1 tspLime juice
  15. 1/2 tspDry coriander powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind corn coarsely

  2. 2

    Heat oil add rai karripatta and hing add corn and all ingredients add half cup milk boil let milk dry then add rest of milk cook keep stirring till dry

  3. 3

    Add lime juice and garnish wd grated coconut and green coriander

  4. 4

    Serve hot
