Ingredients

  1. 300 gramsground beef
  2. 1onion
  3. 1 clovegarlic
  4. Salt, pepper, ginger, cumin, and paprika
  5. 3tomatoes
  6. Olive oil
  7. 2 clovesgarlic
  8. Salt, black pepper, and paprika
  9. Cilantro
  10. 1 tablespoontomato paste
  11. 2-3eggs

Cooking Instructions

    Take half an onion and cook it in a pan until it softens. Add 2 cloves of garlic and grated tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and tomato paste. Cover and add water if needed until cooked.

    Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, paprika, ginger, and cumin. Add the other half of the onion, grated, and a crushed garlic clove, along with cilantro.

    Form the ground beef into balls and place them on top of the tomato mixture. Cover and let them cook.
