  • 500 gChicken gizzard
  • cupMixed vegetables
  • 2 tablespoonClean curry any flavor

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean your gizzard and boil them until soft

  2. 2

    Chop your onion, garlic, mixed peppers and fry all of this. Drain the water from cooked gizzard add it to onions and peppere.4.add mixed chopped veggies and simmer for 20 minutes
