Steps

Wash dal two three times and soak for half an hour

Boil dal with double water along with hing, turmeric powder and salt (in pressure cooker for 3 whistle)

Heat oil in a heavy based pan add mustard seeds and cumin seeds

When they begain to splutter add tomato and cauliflower..

Add pinch of salt and cook for 3-4 minutes on low heat.

Add chily powder, coriander powder and garam masala.

Add cooked dal. mix well and add water to adjust desired consistency.

Let it boil for 3-4 minutes

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves

It is ready to serve.
