Sabse pehle ham ek pan lenge.and usme full fat milk boil krenge.

Jab milk boil ho jayega tab ham usko 2 same part main divide kar lenge.

Now ek milk ke part ko boil krenge and boil hone par usme lemon use add kar denge and jab milk fat jayega tab use ham sieve kar ke chena bana lenge. And aleg rekh denge.

Now ek pan lenge usme milk ka jo 1 part rahein gya tha bhe dalenge and use continously stir krte huye jab tak pkana hain tab tak bhe 1/4 rahein jaye.now isme chena add kar denge and tab tak coock krenge jab tak chena milk main absorve and ho jaye.

Now chena ke milk main absorve hone par usme sugar add kar denge.and tab tak coock krenge jab tak jamne wali form main aa jaye.

Now gas off kar denge.and greese ki hui plate main spread kar denge and isko dry fruit segarnish kar denge and set hone ke liye 2 se 3 hours ke liye rekh denge.after ise manpsand shape main cut kar lenge.
