Dalia veggies balls

Dalia /broken wheat is full of rich nutrients, fibers & iron. These balls are made with Dalia, poha (binding agent), & lots of veggies. Best part of these balls are that these are zero oil.

Dalia /broken wheat is full of rich nutrients, fibers & iron. These balls are made with Dalia, poha (binding agent), & lots of veggies. Best part of these balls are that these are zero oil.
Steps

Roast Dalia in Kadhai until light brown.

Soak Dalia in warm water for 3-4 hours. Dalia & water should be in equal proportion.

Wash poha on water. Remove excess water.
- 4
Mix all ingredients in a bowl including Dalia & poha.

Mix all ingredients together.

Make small balls.
- 7
Heat appe pan on gas. Place balls in each section.

Cover the lid & cook it until golden brown on slow flame.

Flip it & cook it on another side until golden brown.

Dalia veggies balls are ready to serve.

Tip: cook these healthy balls on low flame.
