Steps

For the rice. Put 4 cups of water in a sauce pan and bring it boil.

Add salt and oil

Wash in the rice, cover and lower the heat for 20 mins.

For meatballs. Add all the ingredients to a mixing ball and mix them until they become one(onions should be grated)

Roll the mixture to form round balls.

Fry then in a pan until well cooked.(avoid overcrowding them so as not to ruin them)

For the sauce. Add oil to a pan and add onions and fry till golden brown, add garlic and tomato puree and any other spices of choice.

Add meat balls and simmer for 10 mins.
