Ingredients

  • 12 piecessweet potatoes
  • Bunchugu
  • 3fresh pepper
  • Salt
  • 2cksp Crayfish
  • 2Maggi cube
  • 2cksp Palmoil
  • 1Onion
  • 1/2 teaspooncurry

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut and wash potatoes in a moderate size.

  2. 2

    Wash and add in a pot.pour in water but note the water won't cover it.

  3. 3

    Add palmoil,crayfish,Maggi,salt,onion.and cover the pot.

  4. 4

    Leave it to boil for 10mins then stir with a wooden spoon.

  5. 5

    Then add vegetabled.stir and put off heat.
