Steps

Peel and cut plantain in cubes.boil meat with onion,Salt and Maggi.boil till is tender.

Add 1 small cup of water to the meat.then add the plantain,pepper,onion,Salt,maggi,crayfish,palmoil and salt.

For 10 to 15mins,stir very well and add the ugba.

Boil for 2mins.taste for salt and add the vegetable.stir and bring down the heat will soften the vegetable no need to over boil.
