Make a smooth batter with the above listed ingredients.

Mix the sugar into the water and make the sugar syrup.

Heat the pan and make one string consistency.

Add the green cardamom powder in the sugar syrup.

Reduce the flame into medium.

Pour one spoon of batter into ghee and cook till golden brown.

After one mins flip it.

Strain and soak the malpua in the sugar syrup.
