Steps

Before making vadi batter put steamer on and grease dhokla mould.

In mixing bowl, add turmeric, besan, ginger garlic chilli paste and chopped coriander and mix it.

Add water and curd and make smooth paste like dosa batter.

When its time tocook, add salt and baking soda and mix it and pour it in dhokla pan.

Cook it for 10 mins. Cut it into bite size pieces. Fry it or just eat it as it is..
