Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 cupsshredded okro/okra
  • 2 cupsnail diced in bit
  • to tastesalt
  • 1cksp palm oil
  • 2 cupdice uGu leaf
  • 2knorr cube
  • 1 tspCameroon pepper

Steps

30mins
  1. 1

    Wash snail, spice and parboil once it almost tender, add oil to the pot, add palm oil, knorr cube, salt and Cameroon pepper and stir

  2. 2

    Add okro and stir continuously allow it simmer for about 5mins then add uGu leaf

  3. 3

    Turn off heat after 3mins and serve with any choice of eba
