Steps

Wash and parboil chicken, spice with salt, maggi, pepper, onions, little thyme, little curry powder and parboil till chicken is very soft and tender

Add coconut milk once the chicken is tender, after about 3 mins add the remaining onions, pepper and curry powder, allow it cook for another 3mins

Then add basil, salt to taste and stir contionously till all the ingredients are well blended in.

Serve with rice, I did some cauliflower veggies on the side that was why I went the plan curry sauce route.
