Ingredients

  1. 3-4cucumber
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. 2 teaspoonsalt
  4. 1 teaspoonDashi powder (Japanese fish bouillon powder)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut both end.

    Make Tsukemono water

    Put Cucumber and Tsukemono water in ziplock

    Chill in refrigerator for a day and cucumber will get a little soft when you touch it.
