Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsbrown eyed beans
  2. 1bell pepper (tatashe)
  3. 3habanero pepper(atarodo)
  4. 1medium -large size onion
  5. 1knorr seasoning cube
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1 tbscrayfish

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak beans in water for 5 - 10 minutes and peal skin off

  2. 2

    If using a house blender soak for 30 mins after peeling to allow easier blending,if using a mechanical blender you can blend immediately

  3. 3

    Blend water with little water just to enable movement of beans and blend till almost smooth

  4. 4

    Remove blended beans and mix till you can smell the scent of the beans

  5. 5

    Slice up the onion and peppers into tiny pieces

  6. 6

    Mix blended beans and peppers add a little water if consistency is too thick

  7. 7

    Add the crayfish,salt and knorr

  8. 8

    Fry immediately
