Add the spices to the beef

Mix kneading the meat and spices together. Then form a large patty. Put into a hot pan and sear both sides.

Turn heat down to low after its seared

Slice thinly and fry the potato

Move to a heat safe dish with seasoned salt in it add the potatoes chips to the salt. Repeat till all chips are done.

Shake coating each chip then move to a paper towel to absorb excessive oils

When the burger is done Toast the bun add the condiments. Fry the onion in the burger drippings.
