In a bowl take besan...add salt, soda bi carb and ajwain. Make batter by adding water to make thick flowing consistency

In another bowl take mashed potatoes and add salt, turmeric powder, chillie powder, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves

Make lemon size balls and dip in batter and coat properly and deep fry on medium heat till golden brown as shown in pic

Take pav (bun) slit in center and apply garlic chutney and mint chutney on each side and put vada in between and press little.

Serve hot and enjoy with hot tea or coffee
