In a clean bowl, mix all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt. and pour in milk, egg. Mix well until smooth.

Heat just little oil in a frying pan over medium high heat. Pour onto the pan about 1/8 cup for every pancake.

Hit the pancake and roll both side until it turns brown on both sides

Serve while hot with milk tea
