For ugali-boil water in a sufuria,for 4 mins

Add maize flour,as you will also ensure you mix it well so that it will not leave some uncooked flour.

This will take 15 minutes,after which your ugali will be ready.

For managu- boil for 4 mins before starting to cook

Put an empty sufuria on the cooking gas, add one full serving spoon of cooking fat,cut onions into small pieces add into sufuria wait for 10 seconds,cut small pieces of tomatos put to sufuria

For beef -put cooking fat into a sufuria cut onions into small pieces add into sufuria wait for 10 seconds,cut small pieces of tomatos put to sufuria cut beef into pieces add into the mixtures add one grass of water wait for 15 mins you food will be ready for serving.
