Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupSalt
  2. 1/2 cupRaw Sugar(turbinado sugar)
  3. 1/4Granulated Brown Sugar
  4. 1 tbspGranulated Garlic
  5. 1 tbspGranulated Onion
  6. 2 tbspPaprika
  7. 2 tbspChili Powder
  8. 2 tbspGround Pepper(preferred fresh cracked)
  9. 2 tbspCayenne
  10. 1 tbspThyme
  11. 1 tbspGround Cumin
  12. 1 tbspGround Nutmeg

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients, mix well, and store in an airtight container. Yields one and a half cups.
