Sweet corn ke chhilake nikal ke cooker me pani dal ke 2 to 3 whistle me boil karein.

Ab is ke dane nikal ke mixture thoda pani dal ke piss lijiye.

Gajar and spring onion ko bhi achhe se wash kar dijiye phir kat lijiye.

Ginger ko bhi barik chopped karein.

Ab ek kadhai me 1 teaspoon oil ya butter dale garam hone ke baad gajar and spring onion dale. Our thoda bhun lijiye.

Ab is me ginger, black pepper, chat masala and salt dal ke mix karein.

Corn flour ko pani me mix kar ke dale. Jarur mujab pani dal ke pakaye. Jab achhe se pak jaye to bowl me nikal ke serve karein.
