Boil meat with Maggi,Onion and salt.boil for 30 -40mins to make it soft.

Parboil rice for 10mins.sieve out and wash.

Heat up pot on fire.add groundnut oil.

Then slice in the onion,and tomatoe paste.

Fry and be stiring it to avoid burning but stir for about 3-5mins.

Pour in the water from the meat.and add more water.boil very well.

Add curry,crayfish,Maggi,and salt.boil for another 2mins.

Pour in the parboiled rice,stir very well to avoid the ingredients sticking under.

Add more water and salt if necessary.anecessary.allow it to boil for few mins.

Be checking to know when the water will dry.onces is dry and soft.

Slice the spring onion,Wash and pour inside the rice.stir and bring down the food.bon appetite.
