  1. PRAWN IN BEER BATTER
  2. 20 mediumPrawn devein marinate in salt and pepper for a while
  3. BEER BATTER
  4. 1 dashsalt
  5. 1 cancold beer
  6. 200 gramsself raising flour
  7. ORANGY SAUCE FOR DIPPING
  8. 1 largeorange juice
  9. 2 tbsporange concerntrate sunskist
  10. 1 tbspsugar
  11. 1 tspcornstarch

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    FOR THE ORANGE SAUCE DIPPING,,,, mix all ingredient in a pan in low heat then add cornstach till sauce start to thicken about 1 minute off heat

    FOR THE BATTER,,,Mix flour and beer and salt till smooth and runny

  3. 3

    dip prawn in flour first then into beer batter and deep fry for 1 minute each side or longer depending on the size of the prawn
