Steps

Boil,peel and mash potato.

Knead flour and keep at one side.

Add all dry masala in Mashed potato.

Fry one papad.

Grate cheese.

Now take a ball size dough and roll out a puri with the help of rolling pin.

Now fill the filling and close all sides and roll again into a round paratha.

Roast paratha by adding ghee.

Now with the help of pizza butter make 4 cuts on paratha..But cut should not touch the base.

Carefully open the cuts..It will look like a sunflower.

Now in middle put a fried papad and crush it.

Now spread pizza sauce on it.

Add grated cheese and serve hot.

Yummy paratha is ready.
