Ingredients

  1. 2 canspinach
  2. 2 tbspminced garlic
  3. 3 tbspbutter
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 150 gramsmozzarella
  6. 1a punch of nutmeg
  7. 1 cupheavy whipping cream

Steps

    1. Melt butter in a pan.

  2. 2

    2. Add garlic and then cook until the color turns light brown.

  3. 3

    3. Put-in spinach. Stir.

  4. 4

    4. Sprinkle salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cook for 3 minutes while stirring.

  5. 5

    5. Pour-in heavy whipping cream. Mix it well.

  6. 6

    6. Mix mozarella. Melt it well. Continue cooking for 5 to 8 minutes in medium heat while stirring every 2 minutes.

  7. 7

    7. Trandfer to a serving plate Serve. Share and enjoy!!!
