In a bowl mix flour salt,oil and water add together and make a soft dough keep this aside

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add carrom seeds let them crackle

Add fine chopped onion saute for minute

Peel the potatos and mash them well add with onion in pan and mix well

Now add the chopped green chilies, garam masala powder, red chilli powder and saute for 2-3 minutes

Add chat massala and coriander leaves and mix well turn off the flame

Allow to cool the potato mixture make small pedas

take a small part of flour dough and make peda on palm and flatten it by pressing.

Place potato mixture seal the edges completely so that potato stuffing does not come out and again make it into a peda.

Flatten these pedas again and sprinkle a little flour and roll them with a rolling pin

Heat a non-stick tava place paratha on tawa and cook the paratha using a little ghee or butter until golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
