Kaddu ko kaddu kas kar lenge. Eska pani nikal ke usme besan,salt, 1/2 spoon sabji masala, 1/4 spoon haldi powder, 1/4 red chilly powder sab Mila lenge.

Ab eske chote chote pakore tal lenge.

Ab ek pan me oil dalege usme tej pata, 2 onions fry karege.(Ginger, galic,2 onions, 2tamato, 1 spoon jira,)ka paste dalege.sabji masala, bachi huee haldi powder, red chilly powder daal kar tel chorne tak bhunege.

Ab Esme 1 cup water daal kar salt dalege.ese 5 min boiled karege.gas band kar pakore daal denge. Dhaniya Patti daal denge.
