Ingredients

  • 250 gmchicken wings
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbspchilli sauce
  • 2 tbspcornflour
  • 1 tspred colour

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken with soy sauce, ginger garlic paste, chilli sauce and salt for 2 3 hrs

  2. 2

    Heat oil for frying. Add corn flour powder and red colour in marinated chicken. Mix it and deep fry it on low flame. And serve it.
