Ingredients

  • Topping
  • 10Cherrytomatoes chooped
  • 1/4 smallOnion finely chopped
  • 1 tspminced garlic
  • 2 tbspfresh Basil chopped
  • 1 tbspOliveoil
  • 1Salt and freshly grinded black pepper to taste
  • 75 gramsMozzarella chopped
  • Bread
  • 6 sliceCiabatta bread
  • 6 tbspOliveoil

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 200°C top-heat.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle the breadslices with the oliveoil on both sides and put on a backing sheet covered with some non-stick paper. Put the bread into the oven for about 2 minutes on each side or untill its golden brown and crispy.

  3. 3

    Mix all the ingredience for the topping in a small bowl and season it with salt and freshly grinded black pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Take the bread out of the oven and put the topping on top. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
