Ab ise prothi ke jese fold kar le,it can be shaped cicle or square

Tawe par ghee lagale or prothi ko dono trf se ghee se fry karein,be careful side of shakkar upside first.then turn prothi.and fry it

Shakkar prothi is ready.serve it with curd or as it.lt is too healthy.
