  1. 1/8 kgpaneer
  2. 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  3. salt
  4. 1-2green chilly
  5. 1/2 tsppepper powder
  6. 1 tspjeera powder
  7. oil
  8. water as nedded

    Whole wheat flour se dough ready kar le

    Rest for 15 min

  3. 3

    Grate the paneer

  4. 4

    Mix salt,green chilly,pepper powder,jeera powder in greated paneer

    Take lemon size ball from dough

  6. 6

    Hatho se thoda flat kar ke stuffing rakhe

  7. 7

    Cover kar ke ball bana le

  8. 8

    Rolling pin se pratha bana le

  9. 9

    Hot tva par pratha dale

  10. 10

    Oil lgakr dono side se crisp hone tak cook karein

  11. 11

    Ready paneer pratha

  12. 12
