Mint Vermicelli upma

Roast vermicelli without oil in Kadhai until light brown.

Heat oil in a Kadhai. Add mustard seeds and stir fry until seeds pop. Add Chana Dal. Saute till brown. Add peanuts. & curry leaves. Saute it for few seconds.

Add onion. Once it is translucent add green chillies, now add 3 cup water. Boil it on high flame. Once water boiled add red chilli powder & mint chutney or finely chopped mint. Mix well.

Add Roasted vermicelli & salt. Cook for 6-7 minutes on medium flame. When vermicelli cooked. Turn off gas. Add lemon juice & coriander Leaves.

Serve hot.
