Wash assorted meats clean. Place into a clean cooking pot, add seasoning, pepper, onions and salt, place on heat and cook until soft

Next add in your stockfish, dryfish, Kpomo, grounded crayfish, waterleaf, let the water dry off a bit, before adding your palmoil.

Taste for salt, seasoning and pepper

Add your pumpkin leaves, stir for ingredients to mix thoroughly. Cook for 5mins and bring off heat.
