Ingredients

4 persons
  • 1 cupurad saboot
  • 2chopped onion
  • 2tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tspgarlic chopped
  • 2 tspadrak cut in Julian
  • 1 tspchopped chillies
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspkashmiri mirch
  • 1/2 tspmethi dana
  • 1/2 tspajwain
  • 2 pinchasafoetida
  • 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  • as par tastesalt
  • 3 tbspcream or malai

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cook urad in pressure cooker by add salt and hing for 20 minutes

  2. 2

    Take a kadai heat ghee add jeera, methi dana and ajwain when it crackled add onion and saute till brown

  3. 3

    Add garlic and adrak and tomatoes. cook for 2 minutes

  4. 4

    Add all masalas and salt

  5. 5

    Add cream and cook for 10 minutes more

  6. 6

    Add coriander leaves and serve hot with paratha
