Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupgrated carrots
  • 1/2 cuponion chopped
  • 1/2 cupchopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tspmarjoram dried
  • 1/4 tsprosemary dried
  • 1/2 tspthyme
  • 1 tbspghee
  • 3 cupcooked rice ( cooked in vegetable broth)
  • 2 tspparsley dried and chopped
  • 1kosher salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    cook the onions carrots herbs in ghee till the vegetables are tender

  2. 2

    toast the walnuts in a pan add to vegetables add rice add kosher salt to taste
