Ingredients

5-6 persons
  • 1/2 kgcauliflower
  • 1 cupchopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cupchopped gajar
  • 1onoin in squares
  • 3 tbspbesan
  • 2 tbsprice flour
  • 1-2 tbspcorn starch
  • as par tastesalt
  • 1 tspchopped adrak
  • 1 tspchopped chillies
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspsoya sauce
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • 1/2black pepper
  • 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  • as needoil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut the vegetables in small square or chunks

    In a big bowl add all rest of ingredients and mix
