  • 8--8 inch flour tortillas
  • 8 tbspsour cream
  • 29 oz can chicken
  • 1 cupshredded cheese
  • 8 tbspsalsa, optional

  1. 1

    warm tortillas in pan, this will make them easy to fold

  2. 2

    spread 1 tablespoon sour cream on each tortilla

  3. 3

    spread 1/8 of chicken on half tortilla

    top with salsa, optional

  5. 5

    top with cheese

  6. 6

    fold over, heat on medium for 3 minutes

  7. 7

    flip over, heat for additional 3 minutes until cheese is melted

  8. 8

    cut into halfs or thirds

  9. 9

    serve immediately while hot.

  10. 10

    enjoy
