Ingredients

4-5 persons
  1. 1/2 kgkarela (bitter gourd)
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 1 tspred chilly powder
  4. 1 tspcoriander powder
  5. 1/2 tsphaldi
  6. 1 tspaamchur powder
  7. 1/2chaat masala
  8. as requiredthread for binding
  9. 1/2 tspsalt for marination

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and peel all karelas

  2. 2

    Slit them at the middle and sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt over it. Rest for 20 - 30 minutes

  3. 3

    Again wash and squeeze them.

  4. 4

    In a katori mix all masalas and fill in all karelas with the help of spoon

  5. 5

    Bind them with thread

  6. 6

    Take a pan heat oil. put all karelas in it and cook for 20 minutes

  7. 7

    Enjoy with any pranatha
