Slit them at the middle and sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt over it. Rest for 20 - 30 minutes

Again wash and squeeze them.

In a katori mix all masalas and fill in all karelas with the help of spoon

Bind them with thread

Take a pan heat oil. put all karelas in it and cook for 20 minutes

Enjoy with any pranatha
