First boiled milk.add lemon juice.make chenna wash with water. Strain in muslin cloth.

Now mashed it untill it smooth.

Make smooth dough.now leave it.10 to 20 minutes.

Make round balls with dough.

Boil three glass water add 6 tspn sugar.add rasgulla keep lid on it.

After 10 minutes it is ready. It will float on the syrup.

Make one string syrup with 1/3 cup water and 1 cup sugar.and choti elaichi.

Put rasgulla in chasni.put it fridge.

Serve cool rasgulla.enjoy
