Ingredients

  1. set oven st 350
  2. 1 lbof bread your choice
  3. 1 canevaporated milk
  4. 1 cansweet condense milk
  5. 1 cupmilk
  6. 3eggs
  7. 1 tbspground cinnamon or to taste
  8. 1 tbspalmond extract
  9. 1 tspvanilla extract or to taste
  10. 1raisins to your liking or omit if don't like them.
  11. 1 cupgranulated sugar

  1. 1

    Break bread into cubes or pieces

    A picture of step 1 of Pan de Pudin ( bread pudding).

    Add cinnamon,vanilla,almond extract mix well

  3. 3

    Add your milks let bread soak in it. add eggs lasts stir well pour into your mold.

  4. 4

    Cook 45 minutes or do the toothpick test ovens may vary in temperature
