Wash and soak dal and rice separately and also methi dana for 4-5 hour

Thn grind dal in smooth paste with little water. and also grind rice coarsely. nw mix both dal paste and rice and give a gentle mix and add 1tsp salt and keep aside for fermentation at least 12 - 14 hour or overnight

Nw heat the dosa tawa and pour a full of ladder and spread round and round and cook for 2 min and sprinkle 4-5 drop of oil and fold and enjoy with samber and nariyal chutney
