Ingredients

For 4persons
  1. 100 gmsUrad dal
  2. 200 gmsRice
  3. 1small cup oats
  4. Halfcoconut
  5. 100 gmstuvar dal
  6. Jaggery 1medium piece
  7. Salt as required
  8. Turmeric and Everest Sambhar masala
  9. 1onion and 2tomatoes gratted
  10. Fresh coriander and 4green chillies
  11. 1 tbspDalia
  12. leavesMustard seeds and curry
  13. Oil as required for tadka

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak urad dal and Rice for 6hrs

  2. 2

    Grind and keep over night for fermentation

  3. 3

    While grinding add Oats to the batter and salt

  4. 4

    Next morning Make Suoer soft Healthy Idlis

  5. 5

    For Sambhar boil tuvar dal addg salt and water as required

  6. 6

    Mash it

  7. 7

    For tadka heat oil

  8. 8

    Add mustard seed saute add curry leaves saute add finely chopped onion saute Add finely chopped green chilies saute add gratted tomatoes saute add turmeric and Sambhar masala add jaggery mix nicely

    Add this to Masged dal and mix nicely

  10. 10

    Add little water and boil for 10mts

  11. 11

    Add fresh coriander

  12. 12

    Your Delicious Sambhar is ready to serve

    For coconut chutney

  14. 14

    Take half fresh coconut add Dalia salt as required green chilies and water as required grind in mixi into a smooth paste

  15. 15

    Give a tadka of mustard seed and curry leaves

  16. 16

    Serve with Idli and Sambhar
