Add 3 cups of water to the pot and add your neck bones cook for 1 hr1/2

Then and u pinto beans salt pepper and onions cook for another 1hr 1/2 cover and simmer cook until tender and beans r soft

Try it over rice with cornbread

The jalapeño peppers are some good flavor I love so much removing the seeds and ribbing take the heat but the flavors are what I was wanting.
